What are the delivery timeframes?
We have a next day delivery service for individual and smaller upholstery orders. Palletised bulk delivery is next day or 3 day service on application. Current lead times are 7-10 days on all orders, which are all manufactured to order.
How do I send you my items?
We don’t normally need your existiing upholstery sections or seat pads. We know the sizes of nearly all the larger manufacturers models of medical seating, plinths and couches. There isn’t normally any need to send anything to Medpsares.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
If your delivery is delayed, please contact us immediately for assistance and updates on your order status. We have a solid UK partner for all of our deliveries.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary based on the size and weight of your order. Standard delivery starts at £9.95, with palletised options priced separately. This is confirmed at point of order.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress until it reaches its delivery address.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only advertise regular delivery services within the UK. For international inquiries, please contact us for shipping options or ex works.
